Happy birthday Ben! He turned the big 3-2 on Tuesday. It was kinda a cruddy morning, but the evening was great! He and I went out to Gringos for dinner--yum! We haven't been back there for quite a few years since college. It still tasted as good as it did back then! Then we had time to kill, so we did a little shopping. We got him some "dress boots" since his nice shoes are falling apart and were in major need of replacing. We also bought new, very fluffy pillows! I like mine, but Ben decided he doesn't! Oh well! Then we headed over to the theater and watched Avatar. It was great--just Ben, Dallie and me! Yep, we had the theater all to ourselves! A HUGE thank you to Diana for taking care of the kiddos for us!
The next day, Ben went hunting with a friend of ours and had a great time! Then we got the house all cleaned and ready for a party with the INL BFFs. We had great food and great company!
Happy birthday Ben! I love you so much and I am so grateful to have you in my life! You are a wonderful husband and an amazing father--your kids adore you and so do I! I am so thankful for your example and for all of your hard work! You make me want to be better! I hope you had a great couple of days! Happy birthday!
