We took an end of the season / last hurrah trip to Island Park. We had a picnic, did some shooting and hiking and cut some firewood...or Ben cut some firewood. :) It was beautiful up there! See for yourself!
Shaylee grew some fangs in preparation for Halloween.
And it SNOWED! WhaT?!?!? Yes it did...but, thankfully it didn't last long. It snowed on October 6.
We have also been enjoying the moose that have been running around the fields all around us!
AND we have been canning...lots of canning--jam, potatoes, carrots, green beans, peaches, pears and applesauce. (This has been from Aug-Oct).
