Not long after Christmas, we had a crazy spaghetti dinner with some friends of ours. (We stole the idea from Matt & Janae--thanks!). We invited the Hawke family over for dinner and games...but they were told not to dress in their best clothes--just in case of spills--and that they would possibly be eating dinner with some off-the-wall utensil. They were such good sports! We had a great time!
These are the "utensils" we used. We wrote the name of each one on a piece of paper and drew to determine what we got to use.
Then the fun began...
Next up was New Year's...we did not do a whole lot on New Year's Eve as Ben was working and I was anticipating 9 o'clock church the next day. We did go spend the evening with the Hammers--eating, playing and visiting. We had pizza, chips, fruit and veggies and root beer floats. Thanks Hammers! Happy New Year!
