It's Great to be 8!!!

Jenna turned 8 on April 29.  She was SUPER excited for this birthday, as it was a special one!  She was going to be baptized!  She was SO excited and had been waiting for this for months!  We are so proud of her decision and the great girl she is!

Jenna got to have a "friend party" for her 8th birthday.  She invited Kenna Brown, Shylee Campbell, Kenadee Campbell, Macee Geisler, and Kendall Norville.  The girls came for a horse party.  We played some games, had ice cream sundaes, opened presents and the girls all played.  It was a fun time!

Jenna only had to wait a few days for her baptism.  She was baptized on May 5, 2012, in the Menan Stake Center, by her daddy.  Her Grandma Bleazard made her dress for her (Thank you!  It was exactly what I wanted!).

(Our awesome friend, Casie, made the invites for us--and they turned out PERFECT!  Thank you!!!)

We had quite a bit of family present--

• Bleazards: Grandma & Grandpa, Jenn & Dennis, Laurie, Thomas & Jill, and Tim & Taun, and cousin Chelsea and Jared.
• Yearsleys:  Grandma & Grandpa, Matt & Janae, Candace & Dustan, and Diana.

We had a special luncheon afterward....Cafe Rio pork tacos, salad, or nachos, Chapstick Jell-o, and brownies for dessert.  We ate in the garage with heaters. :)  Then the kids played, adults visited, men shot skeet, and we probably ate the rest of the day.
