Ben had to work on the Fourth of July this year, so it was the kids and me...Dallie and Shaylee had the opportunity to be in the parade in Menan--one of the nursery leaders in our ward built a barrel train and was brave enough to take the nursery kids. Dallie freaked out at first, but they didn't have all of the nursery kids riding, so they had extra room and the big kids were able to ride, too. So, Dallie, Hayden and Jenna all rode through the parade in the train. They had a fun time. Cami and I watched the parade and Shaylee and collected candy for everyone.
We went home after the parade and made some food for a BBQ with the Thomas family...headed over to their house for a while and then went to the fireworks. It was a fun day together!
