Okay, so I am so tired of all of the "stuff" we have in our house to clutter every inch of space! Yesterday I went on a cleaning spree!!! It was so nice to get it all done! I started out going through the toys--yep, all of them, and then I went through the kids' rooms! I ended up throwing away a whole garbage bag of stuff and I ended up with another garbage bag of stuff to DI or give away.
Next, I went through my closet--mostly the box of sewing "stuff" I have. I got rid of a grocery bag of junk and another grocery bag of fabric I will never use! I also found some fabric from a quilt I made for our neice (recognize it, Candace???) and I had enough to make a carseat quilt for Dallei--the normal blankets are so big and bulky--this one is just a little guy!
It was so nice to get all of that done! Next I need to tackle the kitchen and organize some more--ever since we moved here, I've felt like the kitchen was just thrown together and I need to get to it soon!

ohh thats a cute blanket. I have been feeling nestyish lately too. Minus the big belly and hormones to go along with. It always feels so good to have an organized home. I wish we lived closer so i could copy all of your organizational skills. haha miss ya
See I knew you must have mad sewing skills. BRAVO--very cute. I LOVE organization too, but I tend to forget that these days and just let things go--yuck. Tomorrow is my husband's day off, so a big cleaning day is on my to-do list!!!!

Actually, I think we should name her Dolly--with the middle name Parton. What do you think??? Ha ha ha!
The nesting part is the best part of being pregnant! It seems like the only time I get anything accomplished! Cute blanket :)
